Schedule for ballet school and folk dance groups
Children's ballet, beginner folk dance, and rehearsals for advanced students have different groups and requirements. The dance studio software consolidates the program into a shared calendar with instructor, duration, and available spots for each studio activity. Participants browse classes and book online, while the school manages reservations and marks attendance. Visit cards and online payments are not included automatically — they are additional modules for the base schedule.

From request to first bookings
How does the 7-day trial work?
A demonstration with setup tailored to your activity, so you can evaluate how BookSys will work in your daily life.
Choose an address and create your client account.
Name, email, and type of activity are required. You can add a website and preferred subscription, but it is not mandatory. Choosing a plan is not an order.
We set up the system for your activity.
The BookSys team prepares the demonstration with appropriate services, durations, specialists, and capacity. After the setup, you receive access credentials at the provided email address.
You test for 7 days and decide.
Test the schedule, online booking, and reservation management. After the test, you choose whether to continue with a paid plan. The request does not automatically activate a subscription, and additional modules are determined separately.
You can review and edit your details before sending. After your request, we will contact you to set up the trial.
Additional modules and services

These features are not included in the base subscription. They are added upon request, and the price is determined according to the business needs.

Yes. Create separate sessions and describe them with the appropriate style, group, time, and capacity.
Can one instructor teach multiple styles?
You can assign a specialist to each specific session and organize the weekly program according to the team.
Are visit cards included?
Visit packages are a paid add-on. The basic package includes a schedule and booking management.

What exactly does the base package include?

Are email confirmations and reminders included?
Yes. Confirmations upon booking and cancellation, and an email reminder before the appointment are included. Viber messages are added as a paid module.
Is migration included?
For new clients, data transfer is free of charge. The scope is determined according to the system you are using.
Can I use my own subdomain?
A custom subdomain is included in the base package. However you can point your subdomain to our server for FREE.
Are online payments and memberships included?
No. Online payments, memberships, and packages are added as a paid module. Separate fees from the payment processor may also apply.
How is the price of additional modules determined?
Each module is determined separately according to the selected features and business needs. It is not activated automatically.
Can you add a specific feature?
